The 2025 Formal will again be hosted at Salvatore’s Hospitality, which is one of Western New York’s most elegant and beautiful restaurants.

This year our menu includes:
Fresh Garden Salad:
Mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrots and cherry tomatoes with a red-wine vinaigrette
Season Vegetables
Italian Meatballs in a house-made Marinara
Mashed Potatoes
Baked Rigatoni
Chicken Parmigiana
Carving Station:
Top Round of Beef with horseradish and au jus
Dessert Table
We will have a set schedule for dinner and dancing.

Join us for an after party at Transit Lanes for Cosmic Bowling! Have fun with your friends under blacklights & bowling!
This ticket includes your shoes and bowling from 10pm - 12 am.
There will be a Blush Peony Events representative checking your student in at Transit Lanes.
This is not a chaperoned event.
